What is SSC Slot Booking?
SSC (Staff Selection Commission) has introduced a self slot booking system where candidates can choose their exam date, shift, and city according to their convenience.
SSC Slot Booking Process (Step-by-Step)
Visit the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in
Login using your Registration ID & Password
Click on “My Application”
Select “Choose City, Exam Date & Shift”
Pick your preferred exam date & shift
Select your exam city
Verify using OTP (mobile/email)
Click Submit and confirm your slot

Important Points
Slot booking works on first come, first served basis
You can select only from cities chosen during application
If you don’t book a slot, SSC will assign one automatically
After submission, changes are usually not allowed
Admit card is released 3–4 days before exam
